So is Trump's overt racism a draw for you if you support him?
Or do you support him despite that? How do you overlook such a thing, though?

Its not any more racism as why Beto goes by Beto living in El Paso. He still won't get a job as dog catcher now. I'll vote Trump because I'm minority and poor and don't want to be forced on a mass transit bus because some over priveledge white person thinks it will saves from pollution.I'll keeping my old pickup and voting Donald.
shareIts not any more racism as why Beto goes by Beto living in El Paso.
Im going to go with, they dont think he is racist in any way shape or form. And judging by the posts, that will be the truth. If they cant see their own bigotry, I dont see them seeing it in others.
shareLib straw men abound.
shareI dont think that means what you think it means.
shareDo you think his recent "go back where you came from" remarks are racist? Because they aren't, by any definition of the word.
share"go back to where you came from" is a text book go to for bigots. It has been for generations. Being purposefully obtuse, isnt a solid strategy here. You might want to try a different tack.
shareIt isn't textbook at all, particularly in this instance. In fact, it's a reach to see it as racist. You saying it is means nothing. It's a declaration stating; if you aren't satisfied and all you do is complain, feel free to leave. Hell, if someone came into a restaurant and did nothing but bitch about how terrible it was, most people would think it perfectly normal for the owner to suggest they find somewhere else to dine. I realize that scenario might force you to try to view this objectively, but it's pretty obviously a fair comparison.
shareI have to agree with BigWorm, I've never heard anyone say it to anyone where it wasn't a direct racial slur.
"Go back to where you came from..." and it's usually accompanied by a derogatory term for the person's ethnicity.
Surely we're not telling you anything you don't already know.
Also, considering the fact that the women he was referring to were all but one American-born, where was he suggesting they go? He said it because they are women of colour and the inference is that they should go back to another country, despite them being American. Therefore he was suggesting because they are of non-white backgrounds they are less than white Americans and should be sent away from their country of birth.
Not racist? Not much!!
😂 actually, it’s more like being sat at the dinner table in your own home and being told to fuck off because you don’t like the shit sandwich that’s been placed in front of you.
See, if he said “if you don’t like it, you’re free to leave.” You’d have a point. But he didn’t say that. He said “go back to where you came from”. All but one was born in the us. And that one had been in the us since she was a child. So, your explanation is, ironically, a reach. And it’s so reachy I’m wondering if you aren’t a member of the fantastic 4.
I’ve seen people die on som weird hills, but damn dud. That has to be the stupidest.
Try and use your big boy brain and read his words. His statement is xenophobic at best, but it still isn't racist. And, he specifically mentioned that poor condition of their origin, even if that is ancestral, it was never a mention of race, and his point is very valid. My analogy holds strong, despite your inability to comprehend it.
shareI didn’t say racist, you said racist. I said bigoted. Your analogy is pish, I understand it just fine. Apparently you don’t, as it is, as I said, pish.
shareYou do realize, that with your strong and self certain position, you are a bigot? In fact, most people are, including the people constantly attacking the President. And least they don't try and sidestep calling him racist like you just did. (You did reply to my question about racism, so it isn't a far reach)
Words have meanings bro.
big·ot
/ˈbiɡət/
a person who is intolerant toward those holding different opinions.
Aww, look you at you trying to be clever. It’s just so precious.
Definition of bigot
: a person who is obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices
especially : one who regards or treats the members of a group (such as a racial or ethnic group) with hatred and intolerance
So, you go ahead and try to spin it if you like, but once again. Weird hill to die on.
I agree.
shareConsidering 3 out of the 4 we're born in America it's hard for me to see that comment as anything but racist.
shareAgain, it may be xenophobic, but it's not remotely racist. Words have meanings, but the left overuses "racist" because it invokes a more provocative reaction than xenophobe.
shareThe two terms aren't mutually exclusive and often go hand in hand so I would disagree that it's not racist, let alone remotely racist. But even if he were simply xenophobic, that's not exactly an admirable quality for a President to have.
shareI've never defended Trump's eloquence, or even his general persona. I think he was simply trying to say,if you don't like it leave, but did so in a poor way. I actually have no problem that he isn't conventionally Presidential. They have all, on both sides, been liars and war mongers for the last 3 decades. Everything Trump says is his unfiltered truth, and it wouldn't surprise me if he had a little instilled racism in him, but this wasn't a product of that. His issues are related more to his generation and how they almost all viewed minorities, but again, none of the things reported as racism actually are. I'll take real Trump with all of his flaws over a well polished liar that hurts huge segments of the population by using identity politics as a political pawn, like the Democrats do.
shareThey voted for him because of his overt bigotry. What he did this weekend just confirms his base voted for the right candidate.
shareTrump does succeed at keeping his base happy. Ultimately, I think that's a good thing because as long as he panders to and tries to impress these miscreants, he alienates just about every other voter in the country with his meanness, stupidity, arrogance, and foolishness. His base isn't going to be enough by themselves to win (steal) another election for him.
shareNow if he comes out and says he’s having sex with Ivanka, his base will win Bingo. Incest is high on the list of importance for them.
shareTypical...
share....and truthful.
shareAs usual, you're beyond irrational. Must suck to be so hate filled.

Warren has plenty of ideas. She's got a plan for all kinds of things!
shareIf Trump was actually racist people would speak up.
sharePeople aren't speaking up?
sharePeople speak up about what a great job he is doing.
shareOh like the multitude of women who spoke up about him being sexually inappropriate with them? What good did that do? He just denies, discredits and ridicules his accusers and it all slides off him like teflon, and the rednecks lap it up and love him a little bit more every time. Here's a pig that's not ashamed of being a pig! That's the type of person we need to run the free world!! USA!! USA!!!!
shareIs the left's overt racism and hate of Jews a draw for you?
shareHatred of Jews? Most Jews are reliably left wing.
shareAOC and Omar both hate them.
sharejews have it rough in europe thanks to the left, if they keep voting people like like this into office here, it's gonna be bad. some people don't learn.
shareOh yeah sure, Jews in Europe worry so much about the left...so much that they're not concerned at all about the re-emergence of neo-Nazis all over the continent. You like speaking out of your ass, don't you?
shareask jews in europe whos burning temples and being violent, is not the neo-nazis, well if you're refering to islam, then yeah you'd be right.
shareActually, you & your Dem/Lib ilk are the true racists since you're constantly accusing innocent people of racism and stirring up racial tension.
Trump was never slandered as a "racist" until he entered politics and ran against the Dems. That's a fact.
Trump was never overt about his racism before he entered politics because he had nothing to gain from expressing it. Once he recognized (after watching Fuckhead News for the last 15 years) that there was a market in hate to corner among the alt-right loonies he took the ball and ran with it.
shareLittle people and Dems/Libs love to slander innocent people. It's their go-to strategy, as displayed in your juvenile post.
Again, Trump's not a racist in the least; he has sizable & increasing support from people of color. He was only slandered as a "racist" when he decided to run against Hillary & the Dems (rolling my eyes).
Do some research. Fox News was rated independently as being 51% critical of Trump and 48% in support. CNN, MSNBC, etc., are 80- 90% critical of Trump.
shareFox News is the most honest, impartial news you will find out there.
shareNO!!! If anyone says anything good about Trump, they're liars, racists (even non-whites), flat earthers, climate deniers, science deniers, homophobes (even the gay ones), xenophobes, illiterate, inbred, bible thumping rednecks, etc., etc., etc.
Trump is not perfect and neither is anyone else but if by some miracle, he was made perfect, the left would still be all: the cheeto! t-rump! orannnnnnnnnnge!!!! I need a safe space!!! Weeee haaaaaate heeeeeeeem!!!
I lol when the MSM and liberals call a gay person a homophoebe because they like Trump. hahah. Or if a black person doesn't fall in line with what is "expected" of them they are called an Uncle Tom.
shareKind of like how you fine and decent righties call white liberals race-traitors and muslim-lovers, isn't it?
shareIts always about race with liberals
shareIt's only about race when scumbags open their mouths and prove that they are racists...like saying things to other Americans like "go back to where you came from."
shareIts always about race with liberals. We need to have a black X because! We need X number of Hispanics in Y school! Just pick the best, most qualified people and ignore race and skin color!
shareIs the Lefts inability to be factual and unbiased, while at the same time using fascist techniques to suppress those who disagree with them a draw for you? How do you support and overlook that?
shareI'm not personally a supporter of groups like Antifa. Don't like a lot of the "de-platforming" tactics used to silence people like Shapiro or keep them from speaking on campuses, either.
I think it's bad politics and morally wrong.
Does that mean you condemn politics in general, because at a certain level, they are all shit heels.
share
