Daniel Craig - essentially a given now.

Entirety of MI6 staff.

Christoph Waltz as Blofeld, he said he'd do more under the condition that Craig returns, and that's happening.

Léa Seydoux as Madeleine Swann (at least for pretitles), gets Bond back in the service.
