Realistically, though, most actors only put out about 3-4 movies per year max (unless you're an anomaly like Nicolas Cage). Sometimes an actor will have finished a project a long time ago but it takes a while to get released and by that time they've completed another project which gets released a short time after. So it seems like they have been working non stop. But then a couple of years later it will seem like they're hardly doing anything. Careers just wax and wane
