Supernatural thriller about character who is resurrected. I remember a blind man using a brialle typewriter who is later killed. And the antagonist follows a young woman (possibly the main character's girlfriend) from her car by following a trail of bullets that she dropped on the ground while trying to load her gun.
There is also a scene in which God looks down at the souls of the dead people floating together in a dark place
