(solved) TV miniseries about Saddam Hussein but not "House of Saddam"

The show is about saddam hussein but its not "house of saddam". In the show there is a scene in which saddam shoots his son's dogs after he shoots up a nightclub. The show is a lot like "house of saddam".

Was it a series about him or an episode of a series dedicated to him?

No it was a series or a tv movie... I saw it in 2009

There was Saddam's Tribe: Bound by Blood (2007), although it was a made-for-TV movie rather than a miniseries:
