Horror/slasher film beginning with the killer cutting a half-naked woman's skin with a knife
I am looking for a horror/slasher film that opens with the hooded killer cutting a semi-naked woman's skin with a knife. The woman is covered with pieces of black cloth and is mounted on the wall I think. There is a group of teens in the movie and later on in the film the killer does the same thing to a black guy. During the course of the film the killer also abducts one of the kids. I think the movie is from the 90's to early 2000's
