Back when the Marvel superheroes were truly super and mysterious. After the three other sequels, I consider 2011's Thor a true masterpiece of the Thor character and if not the one from Infinity War, I want this version of Thor back. And the first Thor movie is still my fav Thor movie!
What i like about this movie is there is a sense of realism. People focus way too much on who is good and who is bad. And fail to realize is not everyone is perfect or coldhearted, and that is what makes those not like the movie because they want an unrealistic take like in other movies.
I like the books. I was annoyed by this show and wanted it to be great. The show had so much potential to be great. If only the show was made 8 years ago. Not surprised to have read the news a second season was never to happen.
Just like most shows in the last few years. I understand why people have been criticizing many shows, I know a lot of people have and you should too, and say "many shows have been intentionally created for that small percentage group of viewers" and "that's how they lose the majority of the audience" like many shows that's not been renewed or deservedly cancelled. Although this Wednesday show is entertaining enough to be good and watchable in my opinion. I know some people stopped watching the show because of the "two moms", and all don't want their kids to be viewing the show. For season two, as long as the writers focus more in a really good script first than anything else, because if not, people might not watch a third season and lose viewers like so many shows.
I did not watch any of the trailers, thought Depp got the role and was surprised Luis played him. I wasn't sure Luis had the charisma to play Gomez, there was not enough of him in the show and need to see him play Gomez some more in the next season to see if he was a really good decision to play him. He did look the part.
The movie is still have some screening in theatres. Great that this back in IMAX, got to see it again.
