This is the only Seagal movie I really like lol
People think of Jiu-Jitsu now (Jujutsu) because of the massive resurgence, due to the UFC and the Gracie family. But for when The Quest took place, Judo was definitely more popular, both in Japan and globally.
Just pretend he's from a little further west in Central Asia, it's not like he's a blonde pale guy or something.

Yeah there was a lot of action-sharing between Action Jackson, Lethal Weapon 1 & 2, Die Hard, Commando, Predator, Predator 2, Aliens, Terminator & T2, Red Heat, 48 Hours, Extreme Prejudice, and some other action movies.
There was a huge amount of actor-sharing between Die Hard, Lethal Weapon, Lethal Weapon 2, Action Jackson, Commando, Predator, Predator 2 and Aliens.
