Yes, Warner Brothers made many musicals either partly or completely filmed in two-color Technicolor in 1929 and 1930(THE SHOW OF SHOWS, SALLY, GOLD DIGGERS OF BROADWAY), but when Associated Artists Productions bought the pre-1949 Warner sound film library, the made B/W copies for TV before the Technicolor Corporation junked the color originals. A handful of the color originals have re-surfaced(VIENNESE NIGHTS, UNDER A TEXAS MOON), but most of the Warner color films of that era exist in color fragments aside from the B/W versions.
