I thought she was channeling 'Columbo' on Poker Face, but seeing her on Russian Dolls - same thing. Her cadence is annoying.

Saw him work in an episode of 'Dark Mirror'. His character there, even in such an odd, schlocky setting, carries so much WEIGHT. Quietly menacing. ...and that almost-psychotic kindness is ever present, cold sardonic grin.
Definitely one of my favorite current generation of actors.
