Sorry, i just noticed your reply. I agree, you have a point! But the obvious cases are hard to ignore. Those are really the ones I was referring to. Not "He looked at him with a snarl ... he was definitely bullying him!" .... :-/

Yeah, it's called USA. Look at the present day and everything else that's taking place. There's something fundamentally wrong with this culture here. Bullying? Well, at least there's some progression towards acknowledging it.
