I would also pick the Next Generation. I see it as a more original addition, even though it is utterly insane. It's a lot of fun. Texas Chainsaw (2013) is really at the bottom of my list for the franchise, maybe just above "Leatherface" (2017).

I loved Chop Top -- Bill Moseley is just hilarious and has a certain charisma. McConaughey's performance was one of the really fun parts of this movie.
