I thought they were just gonna get a spider and just rip off its legs... since it just said remove seven living body parts. It didn’t specify who or what. But if it had to be human parts, your list makes a whole lot of sense.
During the credits you can hear them both gasping for air. I watched it with CC English subs on and saw both their names gasping for air. So the crash didn’t kill them. But I’m guessing the game will still come for them since noone died.
