No. In 1923 Jacob does not have children. So he couldn’t be Kevin Costner‘s dad. I’m actually not sure where Jacob and even Spencer fit into the Kevin Costner part of the family. Maybe next season it will make that clear
Anyone ever tell you come off like an ass when there’s no need?? Pathetic.
Later but I just watched this movie tonight. I never was interested from the trailers because it… I don’t know I just didn’t look like it would interest me I thought it would be a whole thing about her trying to get John Voight not to be so angry. But after the first quarter of the film he turned it so nice I really loved him! But back to your question, I really got the feeling that he did when he said he was going to the bathroom with his M-16… What a scene! So he already felt like a failure and hated himself for either really falling or couldn’t take it anymore and did it to himself, which is I think what he did. Then I think it was right after the same where they were describing his heroism is when he kills himself. I’m sure it was meant to be the government knew the truth but I didn’t want the country to know the Marines especially a captain felt that way. Just my 2 cents.
By the way I was really shocked it had ended without Jane Fonda or John Voight finding out he killed himself. Those kind of endings make you remember a movie even more when it’s shocking.
Thought the exact same thing as soon as I saw the first episode of this final part of the season. They were talking about Beth, not John. I guess it was filmed before Costner decided he was leaving.
What in the world?!?!? What in the world does politics have to do with any of this question? Why do people ALWAYS have to bring it into everything subject in the world? Some people just want peace from it for a while so they go online. And that doesn’t even make sense that somebody eating shrimp can look like what RR “did to the middle class” SMH
Not really. It was ok, but didn’t like ending
AGREED!! But now we know for sure that Kevin Costner did not make a deal to appear in any of these Episodes. I think they were kind of letting us wonder and think that he made a deal to do a few episodes
Gee, you sound fun.
The days where you could go with your brother in a group of kids starting about age 6 and walk the neighborhoods around except where you had to cross the highway. A good hour and a half or two with a couple of moms following in one of their cars a little bit behind us. made us feel grown-up in after a few minutes we forgot they were even following us. My favorite was one old lady in the neighborhood that was single… She was probably only in her 50s but then we thought she was old, ha ha… She always made homemade popcorn balls instead of wrapped candy. Everybody went to her house!!
Thanks!
I just finished watching it on Netflix, and tell the truth the third season rent it for me and I had to make myself watch the last two episodes. Loved the first two seasons. But the third one Loudermilk got nicer, which ruined his character for me, and it went way to woke for me also. Geez, I wish one series would not put any of that work stuff in there. I bet it would be a hit no matter what it’s about.
