Usually, the Hollywood music is some inferior copy attempt of ambient techno music. Listening to the soundtrack, I was reminded of Haxan Cloak or Burial. You can also try Aphex Twin (ambient albums) or Future Sound of London. FSOL even samples original Blade Runners "Rachel's Song" in their "My Kingdom".
