What makes you say that?
You should check out the Ghostbusters subreddit. To save you the trip, Bill Murray has reportedly been spotted on set with Paul Rudd. And if they've got Bill on board, then expect Dan and Ernie to come back as well.
We can't change what was, but we can still look ahead and hope for the best.
It's still possible for him to be in the movie.
Better late than never, right?
I'm pulling for Janine. Annie Potts herself hopes that her character and Egon got together.
I'm not sure how to explain it, but I think this movie will have an overarching theme of family. Egon's daughter and grandkids, the original team, newcomers. They'll all come together.
The title is growing on me. The year will probably have some significance to the story. If they call the film "Ghostbusters 3", then they run the risk of alienating potential new fans who haven't seen the first two movies from the 80s.
I don't know much about stoner comedies, but I've enjoyed Paul Rudd in every role I've seen him in and the guy has range. He can do earnest mentor ("Perks of Being a Wallflower"), sarcastic straight man ("Clueless"), endearingly awkward boyfriend ("Friends"), and superhero/stay-at-home dad ("Ant Man" + "Ant Man and The Wasp").
Agreed. Or maybe Baby Oscar from Ghostbusters 2 all grown-up.
Yeah, I think even the Duffers admitted that Murray doesn't get out much.
For what it's worth, I like the show. I'm excited for Season 2 to finally come out this month.
Agreed, the internet definitely blew it out of proportion.
Which Duffer brother creeps you out?
I thought it worked out fine. When you're making a sequel to a movie (and the Duffer Brothers like to think of Stranger Things as a really long movie) you've gotta raise the stakes somehow. However, they have said that Season 3 will be a much more intimate story. 'Less broadening the scope, more getting back to our roots' — sort of thing, I guess. Since Eleven closed the Gate, we'll probably be taking a break from Upside Down shenanigans anyway.
I always thought that was the point. In reality it's not any of their faults, they just feel guilty about it (especially Nancy). Is what happened to Barb a tragedy? Of course, but could any of them have guessed that a monster from another dimension would come to take her away? Not a chance. But it happened — and not too far from them, might I add. They lived while Barb didn't. It's not so much a logical thing but an emotional one, classic survivor's guilt.
Now, I don't want to brag or anything, but...
Damn, I'm good. Lol.
I think you've got it backwards. The second movie will focus on Helen like the first Incredibles movie focused on Bob. In that, he's sort of the lead and has the most character development but his family is just as important.
I have a feeling she's gonna hit it off with Lucas for sure. Should be interesting.
Some people are just skinny, man. I don't know what else to tell ya.
