Varys definitely dropped the ball. I can understand Tyrion wanting to hold back, but what was Varys excuse?! The only LOGICAL explanation is that the writers wanted to keep Cersei around longer. I like the character but i don't think she's earned being a main antagonist. Further more it ends up trivializing the importance of the White Walker war. The book and show went great pains to beat us over the head with the fact that petty political wars was not as important as the great war to come....the tv show was like eh...maybe. lol i don't understand it. I wasn't, it's a very girl friendly show. Which means she was probably comfortable doing it here. But likely wouldn't do it for say, a Michael Bey film lol. I think Angelina Jolie has a gorgeous face. Her body is busted though. She has no shape, basically she has no hips (much like Kate Upton). And her ass is flabby I brought this up on another board but people think NK is just after Winterfell and all the other northern houses closer to the wall are safe. But that's just not likely. I thought we would see some familiar faces in the army of the dead back in episode 4 or 5. You know the episode where they revealed the wight giants. I think Angelina Jolie has a gorgeous face. Her body is busted though. She has no shape, basically she has no hips (much like Kate Upton). And her ass is flabby. Supposedly the series was abruptly cancelled after two seasons, amid rumors that it was killed for political reasons over its negative portrayal of American intelligence agencies, law enforcement, and big business. He has lieutenants, it's perfectly feasible for him to split up his army. I think those young noble lords are going to die, Lyanna Mormont, The young Umber Noble, and the young Karstark noble because they're getting hit first. They're the first stops between the wall and Winterfell. On the other hand If the NK is going straight for Winterfell, then he'd head southwest toward the Kingsroad and probably bypass Last Hearth and Karhold, which are kind of out in the middle of nowhere. If he heads straight south, though, the Umbers are screwed. I think people keep forgetting about that vision. *Groans*... too much plastic surgery...IMO I'm really interested in how the show resolves this situation which seems like a political, military quagmire. I just hope they don't cheat and sell the WW's short. i don't think that's hpow the Wights work. In fact i don't know what their Resurrection process is like tbh. See, that's the problem. Nobody has any better ideas. I guess for other people, they think Cersei, should be left to her devises and that the throne is either fools gold, or taking it will make you a bad guy by default. They seem to think Danny has a obligation to spend her forces on the north. But even in that context they still need Cersei for better or for worse. lack of "Gud fightin" isn't the complaint Euron's magical fleet for one I don't hate season 7, but the world seems empty. It doesn't feel large scale. Episode 2 was also full of contrived plot resolutions. My BIGGEST complaint is the show re-centering it's villain to be Cersie instead of White Walkers. I'm almost certain that's not how it's going down in the books. The season is frustrating but i don't flat out hate it either. But it's a bad sign for season 8 I think Jude Law is a case of over exposure. Agreed!
