sigggggghhhhhhh
I thought for sure Chuck was going to leave the meeting with the general and be seen later laughing as if he really got over on him like he did in the previous season with the IPO.
How can Axe think he can no try to sabotage Taylor without dire consequences from Grigor? I think any failings from Taylor will ultimately be blamed on Axw whether or not they are his fault. It was a great season. I'm glad Axe/Chuck had different adversaries this year. Ultimately, of course, they will battle each other in the end of the series I think.
I wonder if Taylor knows that losing money with this guy isn't an option that will keep you breathing.
Yea, sad day. I didn't like him at first when I saw him on Top Chef cause he was somewhat mean, but through watching his shows it was just his style to be very honest. I think he always said what he thought and that's what I grew to love about him.
Some of it was cheesy, but they didn't overwhelm us with flashbacks or shout-outs to the movies. I loved how they delved into the back-story of Johnny and how he ended up the way he did. The fighting was ok. I thought the movie had much more realistic karate, but this wasn't bad.
I think Kreese really looked like a ghost of some sort. So He may have just been a vision. I don't think he'll be in any subsequent seasons.
As for the ending, it was good. It did mainly focus on Johnny and got into his back-story and why he was the way he was. I really dislike Daniel in this as he seemed really petty and was acting like that teenager again with a bad temper. He was a respected business-man and could have helped Johnny get on his feet since he knew he had fallen on hard times.
I agree that Becky is the favorite character thus far. She can really act. When she found out she really has a very limited chance to have a baby, you could feel her pain in that scene. I can't wait either to see what happened to Mark. I know Becky was always book smart, but that doesn't always translate to a work environment.
I like the way it's going. We get to see Shawn grow as a person and have feelings and show emotions. I can't wait to see more.
They mentioned that she is over seas in the military.
That was pretty funny. I liked the end of E2 where Dan said it's ok if he wears a dress, but he "HAS" to wear underwear. That was a great line.
The little African American girl is DJ's daughter. During the earlier seasons, DJ had to kiss an African American girl in a play and he didn't want to. They made a really big deal about it. Well it turns out he ended up marrying her and having a kid together.
Yea, I hope they do something to pay tribute. She had a minor role, but when she was on screen, she almost always brought a smile.
I think I read something that DJ actually ended up marrying the girl he refused to kiss in that play, so I think we'll hear about it.
I actually thought the karma ep was quite clever. Especially with the fire chief finding a way he could pay it forward to make up for his huge mistakes in the past.
It'll definitely be the most watched series finale in HBO history eclipsing The Sopranos. Personally I can't wait for the last 6 episodes. Especially since they are all going to be 80 minutes or so. So basically we get 6 movies to close it out.
The only bars similar to this would be your smaller neighborhood bars. Most bars these days are chains and have tvs everywhere, charge way to much for food and drink.
Sticking with the neighborhood bar where you will likely see many of the same people when you go in is much funner.
Just started watching this show. Like it so far, but not sure will continue if the one guy is a ghost the whole series. So my question is, is the one doctor that was in the coma in the beginning going to be a ghost the entire series?
OMGGGGGGGG I was just looking at Hulu New shows and saw this. Will binge til I can't binge anymore. Need a Grey's Anatomy cleanser.
So much better than Grey's since Grey's is not just a soap and this show you really like most of the characters even when you hate them (Romano).
Plus, it has much more focus on the medicine each ep with a nice mix of the personal.
I guess when you are up against several automatic rifles with a pistol, what other outcome would you expect. You want to have him pull a Wyatt Earp and walk towards all the gunfire with bullets whipping by his head.
I liked the first ep so far. Even though the main Dr. character is a bit of a jerk, he seems quite brilliant. We can't just have cookie cutter medical dramas anymore. You end up with the soap opera garbage that is Grey's Anatomy. Grey's was great for awhile because you liked the characters and it had a decent mix of medicine with personal, but not it's just a night time soap opera with really no characters left to route for.
I can't wait to see the story arc for the Chief of Surgery on The Resident. This could be really good.
