Since it was indeed a non-event, perhaps they should have gone about the story differently. People over reacting in fear of Y2K in the days prier to it, causing a huge mess, only to realize at the turn of the year it was all for nothing. They could've had the nostalgia thing going but we wouldn't have to pretend that the end of the world happened 25 years ago. 'till he got a taste of that Texas tea. Ah okay. Thanks for the clarification. Will be interesting to follow its story. I like the idea but so far it doesn't really capture his appearance when the incident happened. His hair should be messy, He should be 'speaking' FIGHT. Also heavier. From a distance I thought it was a young Jimmy Carter. When I see a gaping plot hole in an otherwise tight story, I start to picture some dumb executive butting in and insisting on something. haha I think they'd do it in a heartbeat. Might have to mention that to them. In the theater: Star Wars twice in the Denver Cooper (awesome experience), Empire and Jedi once. Phantom Menace once (bleh) I watched Star Wars maybe 10 or 15 times over the years. The other two a couple times each maybe. My bro made me watch the other two prequels once (bleh) Only Disney one I've seen is Rogue One (my bro made me watch....gonna quit going over there...) I did once with my band many years ago. There were some cool coincidences but I think you could sync other progressive albums and they'd work just as well with the dreamy nature of the film. Such shitty people. I hope they can somehow fix it. He did it when Trump was in one of his kangaroo court trials. He probably doesn't have the cajones to do it now. He stood outside a courthouse in NY with a megaphone and called over half the country thugs. It's no longer his business. He's lucky he didn't get his ass beat. I loved it when I was a kid, though I noticed the human characters seemed to be carbon copies of the Scooby Do gang (ditto with Josie and the Pussycats). I agree. If Disney wants to have a successful SW film, they should consider re-releasing this in its original form. I liked Viva Rock Vegas much better than the original. It was a lot closer to the cartoon. I seem to remember he showed the exact smutty media that was part of the school curriculum for young students. So of course the groomers are going to have a problem with that. I had to sit through it once. The only Disney SW movie I've seen. About 45 mins in I said out loud that I hoped all the protagonists in the film would die. I've never felt that way before. They had no souls (except the robot, ironically). They were just....'talking'. I kind of liked how they showed the hours before Star Wars happened though. At least the idea was interesting. But it just made me realize how the original SW was a real film with likeable characters. There is no hope in Disney Star Wars. "But she made no apologies for questioning COVID-19 vaccines or saying that children undergoing transgender surgery were doing "irreparable damage to their own body." Glad she didn't bend a knee to the satanists. The tide is now turning. Look up Tom Homan. I didn't realize there were still people around from that event. Interesting. Would like to know how much Johnson had to do with it.
