I agree that it was a strange reference. Delivery trucks usually park wherever they need. This was NY City though so if the cops wanted to ticket the trucks they probably could. It was probably just a hint of bigger corruption that Frank was to uncover. As far as your not believing it to be true, WOW, you must be joking! Corruption runs deep in government and law enforcement. This film was set in the late 1960's to the 70's. There was no YouTube or Facebook for people to voice their concerns, and surely it DID happen.

Just saw this film, I thought it was very well done. The ending left so many questions. My first impression was that the saliva test could've been invalid. Never the less Nancy left their home in the middle of the night, kind of sad.

I recently saw "Dog Day Afternoon" was listed as an "action" film. Show me a director the caliber of Sidney Lumet and an actor equal to Al Pacino in an action film and I might be interested.
