i don't think so. Someone said she was barons chld who was thought to have died when tossed into lake as fetus. Guess he picked her up later. Tho didn't he get hanged. and timeline doesnt seem to add up. It happened 200 years ago. and movie was present time. He could have lived that long without ageing with that serum, but she should still age. Maybe she was his grandtougher or something. Anyways too many questions indeed
