I think it is a lovely picture but I really don't like tattoos! I read a lot of fanfic and one of the reasons I like it is that I can picture both Dean/Sam and Jensen/Jared - but adding a tattoo to my imagination is going to be difficult!! I am very surprised at how big it is for a first tattoo - I am thinking maybe it was done a while ago as all other fresh tattoos I have seen have been slightly red around the new ink and there is absolutely nothing showing but I am not an expert. As Jensen has said on several occasions that it would be too difficult to have a tattoo as you have to give royalties to the tattooist if it is shown and he wouldn't get one, at least not until the end of Supernatural it would seem the end is in sight. Also maybe he is not intending to act once it is over and just concentrate on his "Family business". I enjoyed it, read a lot of other people's views before I watched - as an aside I am really sad that this site has not really taken off as it means that I have to go to Previously TV for most of the interaction and I absolutely hate it there - they have these "mods" that behave like school teachers/prefects - drives me insane. They do have loads of people on there though and so you get lots of good discussion. I don't particularly like the direction they seem to be taking with Dean i.e. him drinking again and deciding that everyone is dead and that Jack is evil all stuff that is going to come back and bite him. Anyway hope we get more action on this site - although of course it is also my fault for not posting, I have spent the Summer reading fanfic though! Yes we so want more!! Really unusual to be promoted to series regular before even really being in any episodes. My enthusiasm is at rock bottom unfortunately at the moment. I agree with all you say, I have watched most of the stuff coming out of comic con and I am truly depressed - after such a bad season as 12 to still have Dabb and no SL for Dean is rubbish. I find it almost impossible to believe that Jensen doesn't care that Sam is now getting his SL and is now the "big leader" surely he must care a bit. In his individual interview he really did not have ANYTHING to say and looked like he was relieved to be able to leave. Lovely, doesn't he look good! Hope we get a before and after like Jared has done. I'm so going to miss all this yummy when they finish with Supernatural (yes i dared say it!!!) Just don't think we will get the same amount of response from Jensen then. I hadn't seen it so thanks for posting but really it is not saying anything much and whoever wrote it obviously doesn't know anything about Supernatural "few fans" indeed! For me personally, even though I really like the character of Jody Mills, I have no interest whatsoever in a spinoff of Supernatural. I am very fussy about what i watch and can see no reason why this would appeal to me as to be honest I now watch Supernatural mostly for Jensen Ackles especially and Jared Padalecki. The writers and show runners have just about killed off any interest in the stories! This is the link to the schedule: clickable link version here: http://bit.ly/2rJyKuY I know it is not clickable as how to do that went over my head when it was explained a while ago! To be frank I am disappointed as it means they have to keep it toned down showing at 8.00 p.m. I was hoping for a 9.00 pm slot. Stephen Amell tweeted that he was glad Arrow was at nine so perhaps they could be a bit more adventurous or some such wording. As I am in the UK I tend not to watch CW programs although I did watch the 100 for two and a half seasons but it got very annoying as they had some of the leads doing really stupid things (ring a bell!) so gave up, but it started very well. tried Arrow - not for me at all. I too like Amy Acker, this episode solidified my feelings about Supernatural and especially about Dean. I absolutely loved Dean's interaction with Lucas, we learnt quite a lot about him in this episode. It was a well written episode albiet rather sad. He has it would appear now deleted Jensen from his twitter list but seems to have kept Danneel also unfollowed both Rob and Rich all seems a bit odd - continues to follow Jared and Genevieve. Well we are getting a little more information - some of the tweets after speaking to him at Armageddonexpo: Mark S.: "Getting rid of Crowley was because they were bored and didn't know what else to do" #Armageddonexpo No probs! I had a long chat with him at the cocktail party. He LOVES the show, the cast & fans. NO NASTIES. Just lazy writing and boredom. He was really NOT nasty. He just didn't feel like his character was getting anywhere. He loves the show and hopes it will carry on 4 a while LAZY WRITING - boy can we agree with that! It was a defining episode for me, the first episode I watched when it aired but didn't then continue. A couple of years later a friend of my daughter lent her the first two series on DVD which I then started watching, again I wasn't that impressed with the Woman in White and then came Wendigo and I was totally hooked and have been ever since. It was the beginning of the learning about the characters and showed many traits that we continue to believe they have - including I may say that Sam can be a bit selfish sometimes! It was exciting, with some horror and I loved the interaction between Dean and Sam, already they were quite obviously clicking as actors and it made them as brothers totally believable to me. I'm in - I wanted to join the episode elimination game but wasn't at all certain how it worked! I wasn't as invested in the character as it would seem a lot of people were, but I did like her and thought it was an interesting hunter to introduce. Was a bit tired of the people trying to match her up with Sam though, that just didn't fit for me. I must admit I was hoping her death was going to be "the death" but of course as we found out it most certainly wasn't. In the context of everyone who was killed off she was for me the least of them. The death itself was pretty nasty and rather stupid. I saw this on some tweets, it's absolutely wonderfully funny - the tinhats or whatever they are called are going to go wild. Talk about not knowing what you are talking about!!! It is extremely frustrating as I live in the UK and pre ordered with Amazon UK who gave a release date of 27 May and now they have just said June - July so I keep seeing all the tweets and am desperate to read!! Not fair. Just thought I would have a look and both Jensen and Jared follow Mark on twitter - considering Jensen only follows 26 people that is a pretty exclusive club for him to be in - which makes it even more surprising that we have not heard anything from them. Possibly they have been told to keep quiet? I thought that this tweet exchange was quite brutal, Mark seems to be saying in no uncertain terms NO and I AM NOT coming back. There are a few people who still believe that Mark is playing a game and trying to fool fans into believing that is him gone but he isn't - if that is the case then he is going too far in my opinion. I believe that he is gone and that it was not a mutually agreed going as there does seem to be bitterness in his tweets. I certainly don't blame him, there has been no input from TPTB or for that matter Jensen/Jared which after 8 years? and being an iconic character does seem odd. Both his death especially and Ruth's were terrible for such important characters in the series.
