The dude who played the lifeguard (who was actually part of the kitchen staff) brought it round. Who knows where it was before he came rolling in on it. He could have been out at sea the entire time waiting for the possibility where he needed to come in to pretend to be an outsider.
^ i also assumed the "coast guard" dude parked it
but on the other hand if no one was meant to leave the island.. no one should've been able to spot it
