93% - seriously?
We've only had 4 episodes....and my idea of % goes lower each episode.
I'm not saying I hope this show gets cancelled, I'm curious to see where it continues to go, but yeah, I don't think it's very good.

Any specific things you think are wrong with it, or is this type of show just not your cup of tea?
shareYeah, that's definitely too high for the quality I've observed thus far. I'd say it's a 65% at best.
I'd go higher than 65. Maybe not as high as 93. A lot depends on where they take it.
Someone on another board drew some interesting parallels between this show and a series of novels about AI which also involved a little artificial girl with super powers, an eccentric billionaire dabbling in advanced biotech, took place in a small coastal town, and so forth. I was inclined to think it was just a coincidence. Always plenty of wild fan theories. But that part in the most recent episode right before the accident, when Mia is talking about nobody being who they think they are, and being manipulated like puppets, is in line with what the other poster was saying. As the story unfolds we may find that Piper's role isn't what we assumed - she may be the caretaker, instead of the other way around - and the world the characters are living in is not what it appears to be. Namely, our own. It could get pretty mind blowing.
Can you tell us the name of the author of those books? I would like to read them.
share65-70% sounds about right.
