Dieting will not reduce weight. The body slows its metabolism when deprived of calories, to maintain adipose tissue. Only exercise will accelerate the metabolism to burn more calories. Ergo, relax. She’s not starving herself.

That isn't true at all. Calorie deprivation absolutely causes weight loss.

Hated it! Her high-pitched whiny voice is annoying. This show already has way too much comic relief.
