I'm not a marvel fan and won't be seeing this movie but how bad is the political agenda? Race and Gender Swapping characters? I know the left is falling all over themselves because one of the characters is gay. It kind of disturbed me a movie like this is made to try and indoctrinate your kids.
Not much political agenda (other than global warming leading to thawing of deviants from permafrost), but quite a lot social propaganda. This is marvel, so its not overt, but you got traditional evil white guy trying to end the world and a team of mixed race gay midgets are here to save the day.
It’s mostly blink and you’ll miss it stuff.
One brief sex scene, but kid-safe.
One brief male-male kiss.
Diverse cast but it doesn’t detract from the story, probably helps it, in fact.
He's right! Movies are trying to indoctrinate kid into believing fantasies that there are people of different races and sexes and whatnot other devil whoohaa! If you don't believe it you are one of them. There are no other races or sexes!
The movie isn't political at all, the overall message of the story has to do with blindly obeying authority, and you get anti-authoritarianism on all sides of the political spectrum.
But of course, the whining man-baby wing of the fanboys are OUTRAGED, because the superhero team isn't all straight white men and big-boobed women, and isn't led by a white man. That's all they see.
They literally cannot define what "woke" is but that's the first word that slobbers out their mouths. MCU Spider-Man isn't woke, even though MJ isn't a redhead, Flash Thompson isn't a blonde guy, Electro isn't a white dude etc.
Can we all get together and agree on what the word "woke" means? Is it race? Is it gender? Is it sexual orientation? I am bored of seeing it on basically every movie.
I've been saying this for so long. No one can define the word Woke. It's just a slogan now that people shout.
While I tend to disagree with the people who use the word, I'd at least respect them if they actually explained their issues rather than just repeating a word.
It's getting to the point where people see someone who's not white in a trailer and claim its gonna be Woke.
It's nonexistent. I'm anti-woke, anti-antifa, anti-activism in general, and consider myself a moderate who suddenly finds himself leaning right as the spectrum has shifted beneath me, and found zero evidence of any political agenda in the film.
