Clue
Isnt this a clue reboot?
shareNo, no it is not.
shareUnfortunately, it's being marketed as a Clue-style movie, and for that reason I didn't have much interest in it. But my wife and I recently found ourselves in a small town with nothing else to do, so we took it in.
It turned out to be way different than what I expected. We loved it.
Go see it. Anything else I could say would ruin the surprises this movie has.
Actually, I would be interested if it were clue. By the looks of it. I have no interest in it. Would rather watch Star Wars.
shareNo, and anyone who suggests otherwise is clueless. Clue was a madcap pastiche while this is more of a whodunnit thriller with a dash of levity here and there.
shareClueless= Me.
I’d actually might’ve given it a chance if it had. Might be in the few here but was such a big fan of the game.
No worries. Big fan of the game as well as the movie myself [https://moviechat.org/general/General-Discussion/5dec7a5a289a0d5ccf6fccc5/Stonekeepers-Fun-Movie-Guessing-Game-I-Recommend-THIS-Mystery-Movie-812-A-Deep-Down-Delve-lud-rolls-the-dice-on-CLUE], But I wouldn't consider this movie similar to Clue except in the most general respects.
Which is to say that Knives Out is its own movie that sews dark humour into a fun murder mystery with well-realized characters. I suppose the main difference is that Clue takes place in a single night in one location while Knives Out develops over a longer period of time. Both are highly enjoyable movies.
I just cant stand the actors and although the whodunit seems fun. I dont like the similarities to clue. Since I cant get over the actors. I will gladly pass on this. As I was considering it had it been like clue.
shareClue also takes place mainly at one location while this takes place at all sorts of locations.
