Just shut a freaking door! It's not that hard. It's the easiest thing you can do. Jeez watching this is like It messing with its prey before the inevitable kill. It's like the longest trainwreck to unfold in the history of trainwrecks.

Dumbest guy ever, it's a miracle he survived for so long.
Yes, I hated his sequence of events. He actually escapes the school, and then gets chased around by the same zombie forever ....because it doesn’t occur to him to close one (of many doors) to put a permanent barrier between himself and the zombie.
It’s like that character was born without a sense of self-preservation - He “acted” like he didn’t want to die, but his actions felt like he secretly did.
His sequence was one of the dumbest I've ever seen in a movie. Either the writers are absolutely incompetent, or they went out of their way to do it on purpose, Only stupidity like that could make a scene go on as long as that one. One smart move and the episode becomes about 15 minutes shorter.
shareYes, I was yelling at the TV because of that. That guy is the original 'cuckface soyboy'. Although I guess we see his character develop because he at least decides to fight back (with the fire axe) and then by braining that guy who was about to become a zombie. So his instinct to run away and hide got less.
