Who/what is that pig faced girl supposed to be? She appears during the ritual sex scene

Did you mean Ruben? He's a boy. He is the oracle in the commune. And he's a product of incest, that's why he is disfigured. The commune believes that he draws their runes.

yes I watched the movie on mute while a party is going on in the house and everybody is half sober, haha.
