I don’t understand why CNN and Fox use editorial “spin words” in general news articles. The word “rebuke” is a purely partisan characterization. That being said, one of the worst things about Trump is his past history of saying unfairly off-color things about the military or service members. It is akin to terrible things said by those on the progressive left about people in the military. All of this probably stems from most civilians no longer having any connection - personally or through family - to military service.
