Sorry but Sara Gilbert looks way too lesbian in this to be a straight character

Yes in the old show early on Darlene dressed very tomboyish in some episodes, but later on she dropped that, she had her goth depressed phase, then she started dressing alot more like a regular girl, she was even wearing dresses towards the end of Roseanne.

In the Conner's though Darlene looks way too much like Sara Gilbert does irl, in terms of the style of clothes shes wearing, she just looks too much like a butch lesbian in the buttoned up flannel shirts and really in terms of how she looks overall she just looks like a lesbian.

Just looks odd that shes supposedly a straight character though with this great looking guy while shes a tiny super skinny looking lesbian woman in her buttoned up flannel shirts.
