Why is the dad so fine with his daughter wearing shorts that has her ass hanging out?

Cause i'm watching episode 4 and Jesus the oldest daughter is wearing short shorts so tiny that both of her ass cheeks are hanging out, and the shorts are pulled all the way up her ass. I've noticed that almost every episode so far the oldest daughter is always wearing short shorts thats pulled all the way up her ass, she dresses like a prostitute from GTA and the dad seems oblivious to it.

Any normal dad i know would be like "Honey you aint going outside dressed like that" but with this guy i feel like she could come out wearing a thong and crop top and he'd be like "Have a good day at school honey".

And even the youngest daughter Taylor constantly goes around in short shorts, maybe not as short or as revealing as her sister but they're still really short. Just seems a bit odd that both girls always wear short shorts.
