Never! It isn't cool and it is illogical, it looks like the 18th June 2028.
International Standards be buggered, they can poke their "correct" ways up their bums.
I reckon between the UK, the US and the Far East nobody knows what day it is anywhere apart from New Year's and everyone is hungover then and so nobody cares.
