I dont have to repeat what everyone today saw anyway: Video referees are a complete waste of time. They dont react on fouls within the penalty box. Instead they even stop referees which give penalty kicks after undisputed foul play.

I dont understand that kind of acting anymore. FIFA must realize that each and every soccer fan realizes how incompetent and stupid FIFA video referees are acting. Is this their way that they spit into the face of each and every soccer fan worldwide to show whom is really in power at soccer? That only FIFA decides how matches have to be decided?

This world championship is by far the darkest era for worldwide soccer ever! Thanks to the scumbags from FIFA.

The video refereeing is a negative thing... The referees on the ground, on the pitch, should be making the calls... they should decide without being second guessed by anyone during the game, especially not invisible video referees watching on a screen...

The video replays should be avaiable only if the pitch ref asks for it...

So many referees second guessing their calls because of video refs, it's bad...

The video referees are soccers last chance. The referees are the reason why soccer has such a bad reputation. They are almost completely incompetent or bribed. You could see at almost any match at least one deciding situation the referee decided completely wrong.

So what is soccer then? A game for the referee, where only he decides who is going to win pr a game for 22 players and the best/lucky team wins?

If FIFA wouldnt have almost destroyed the video referees with this world championship then I would have even suggested that sooner or later referees are completely removed, cause in reality nowadays they are almost worthless for the match.

Well said, it's so easy to bribe match officials, not just for your team to win but for betting syndicates too, much harder to bribe a team of video referees though.
