... 94 minutes and stay away from this dreck. If you ignore this warning you'll be exposed to:

i. Dull and unlikeable main characters. Whether that was the writing or the acting... who cares?

ii. Lots of scenes of dimwitted girls staring stupidly at screens.

iii. Annoying movie cliches such as: When a simple explanation is all that's required for a character to get themselves out of a situation, they will inexplicably not give that explanation.

iv. No explanation to the audience for the main mystery.

I watched this based on online buzz and an article that compared it to Black Mirror. The worst Black Mirror episode I can think of is many times better than this thing.

Netflix is becoming a dumping ground for crappy low-budget horror and comedy movies that are promptly given 5-star ratings.

It's not just Netflix..
Go check out Rotten Tomatoes and all their supposedly professional critic reviews..Nearly 99% glowing 5 star reviews..and an overall 90 something% rating.
This isn't the first time that professional reviewers are all coming up nearly all positive or negative on a number of films that seem directly in opposition to viewer response.
How are they subsidizing this echo chamber and how can we trust any current guides online?

Of course, Netflix is culpable and removing viewers ratings and reviews is in line with IMDb removing message boards that negatively affected films and actors (and discounting low ratings in the overall averages).
But that doesn't mean we aren't aware of their attempts to manipulate their audiences into believing crapola is gold.
