So the girl who was putting LSD in her eyes was the one who spiked the sangeria, correct? She also said at the start that she had to get away from her roommate who was putting LSD in their eyes, correct? (Does it ever give any indication on WHY she did it?) Thanks!

Yes, you are right, Psyche spiced the sangria. In the interview at the beginning she was talking about her motivation, saying she needed to get away from Berlin and the drug scene and also the story about the roommate.
She was also drinking sangria but probably controlled herself since she had experience and knew what to expect. The others obviously took too much since their reactions were over the top.
In the final scene, there is a book next to her titled LSD psychotherapy. So she put the whole group under therapy to make them explore their inner self. Or maybe she was bored with the crowd and wanted the party to be like she had in Berlin. I guess it's open for interpretation.
