What was the point of the scene

Where she makes up in her head that her coworker visits her ? Was she crazy and imagining everything? Did her friend really kiss her ? What do they want us to think ? That the whole movie is her imagination? I didn't get the point of that scene, it didn't fit with the rest of the movie

I think it was to show us that her memory or version of events that happened were unreliable. She was a poor story teller because she was saying things that happened that didn't really happen and then at the end she backtracks. No, I don't think her friend kissed her and that it was just a fantasy.

Thanks. That makes it confusing then. How do we know they really left her alone on the cliff? Maybe she imagined that too?

That is true. It's possible she imagined that as well.

I don't think so. The movie backtracked and corrected the things she imagined. For example, she shakes her head and we see her in her kitchen and the friend isn't there. When she and her friend and Teiji were about to do a threesome, she turned over and woke with a start. Waking up alone on the cliff was a continued scene with no reveal that it hadn't actually happened.
