Am I the only one who liked it better than "The Lion King" remake?

Honestly, once you do not take it too seriously, it is a delightful, heart warming film with gorgeous cinematography. I personally felt it was more entertaining than the frame by frame remake of the Lion king. That is just my opinion and I know I am in the minority on this.

I liked it better than The Lion King remake particularly because they used enough CGI on the dogs in order for them to act emotionally expressive and kept most of the charm of the original film.
