Why does imdb and moviechat attract such an alt-right incel userbase?

Imdb, metacritic, youtube. RT has something they don't, effective filtering. That 99% is verified audience, overall it's 86%.
Imdb doesn't even attempt eliminate single-review accounts, or users who vote as a block for whatever youtube trolls tell them to.
