If they follow the comic books, they address the issues of toxic feminism.

That's only if they actually follow the comics. I only read a few of the comics and they were okay. I'm not planning to watch the show because It's not my thing. To each his own.

I read the whole series, and thought it was bad YA writing. Nonsense character motivation throughout.

That's typical of most comics. Honestly, I saw criticism of the feminism angle in the few comic I read. So hopefully the show adds that. If not, they'll be ignored like batwoman.

If you read the comic then you will see the full range of good and bad behavior by the female cast of characters. All the way from do-gooders to psycho killing monsters.
