Why the Nora Diner with the sign on the front saying 24hr,but it has a flip around open and close sign hanging in the window?

shareShe did say to Eddie her manager quit. I think Eddie got the idea to come back to work and even had a eye for Nora also. I suppose him gone made it not a 24 hour place then.

shareThe outside sign looked like the letter wasn't permanent ones. It looked liked the movie theater board where you change letters for different movies showing. Like Shosonna was doing in Inglorias Bastards. Maybe we will find out more in the next movie. I think they will bring Jumanji into real life in that. Like seeing the birds running down the sidewalk.They may play more with the diner instead of the house now in that.
