Interesting. I guess this time around they're wanting to do something that's obviously different instead of just delivering the same experience over again.

I think sometimes that works out, sometimes it doesn't. It's all going to come down to the script, really. Hopefully they'll have a good story for this one.

I'm just glad that Karen Gillan is back for this one.

In addition to snow-capped mountains, Dwayne Johnson (I mean The Rock) has also teased desert locations for the sequel. So yes, it does look like the characters will find themselves in other exciting places besides the jungle—though I’m still expecting to get plenty of jungle. This means that naturally wilder things will happen in the game/jungle.

I’ve been expecting this and I think it’s the right direction. Cool.
