I’m dreading the plot already.

But I enjoyed “Welcome to the Jungle”.

I actually like that they're distancing themselves from the first film. Same as how Jurassic World changed their titling. Cause really these movies are soft reboots, not true sequels. Anyhow that's certainly just a working title.

I don’t see why they would need to call it “Jumanji 3” even if the last movie is seen as a sequel. Well, WTTJ was in actuality more like a continuation of the franchise as opposed to a direct sequel.

Either way, the title “Welcome to the Jungle” was appropriate for the second film. I bet the title for the third one will also reflect the events of the movie. Welcome to the Jungle 2? Predictable but like the first Welcome it might make sense. In any case, as the characters and events from the first movie won’t be relevant to the next one (as far as I know), why throw in a 3? Just saying.
