shareA very satisfying series, which has just ended its run, though I’m sure it will remain on Paramount+ for a long time. Very likable actors—both supporting and leads—with excellent production values and narratives that were clearly well-thought through and not made up on the fly and pulled out of a bulldog’s arse. A deft mix of action, intrigue, humor and sex appeal that nonetheless confirmed to CBS’ Standards and Practices guidelines, which is hard to do, so, Bravo! A shame that production delayed due to Covid-19 caused CBS not to renew for a super-delayed 3rd season.
I loved the way they created to get Lexi and Danny married at the end. C’mon! That’s not a Spoiler. The entire world new they were going to get hitched.
For an action/adventure family TV show on CBS, Blood and Treasure went the extra mile.
