CBS has renewed Blood & Treasure for a second season, with the story taking place in Russia and Asia. Lexi and Danny are coming back.

Great news. I ended up really loving this show and the characters are great. Plenty more adventures to be had. I love how they went really nuts with the story elements.

We were delighted to see it renewed. This series really kept our attention. And despite what some have said in other topics we thought Danny and Lexi (Matt Barr and Sofia Pernas), had great chemistry.

It took a while for them to grow on me. I thought they were very stiff and awkward in the first few episodes. But as things moved along, the whole cast really started to jell.

Well I guess there was one more episode. I tell ya, I had thought that was a pretty lame and anticlimatic ending, but the way they make shows these days with their cliffhangers, I just assumed they were gonna carry over the story next season. Turns out the actual ending was pretty good. Real solid send off for the first season. All the baddies dealt with, music swells, passion abounds. Good stuff.
