I have watched half of the first episode so far and didn't mind it. That said, I doubt it will last the entire 13 episodes.

Couldn't get into it and I love stuff like this. No chemistry between the leads and everything felt flat and awkward.

Agreed. Not enough Sophia Coppola and John Larroquette and too much Matt Barr & Katia Winter.

Should have cast Matt Bomer and Bridget Regan. At least it'd have been watchable.

You are right, I miswrote. I meant Pernas, not Coppola.
And, yes, I did watch.

Like it for what it is: a CBS (network of “the procedural”) on a low-rent budget with Nazi occult stuff and a female lead with a great booty in stretch pants who has speed, fighting skills and attitude. Much better than the scripted “reality” crap we’ll be getting over summer.

I started it a while back, made it one episode in, and never went back. BUT this kind of stuff is right up my alley--in the same family with adventure stories like Indy, National Treasure and Tomb Raider--and so I've been thinking about going back and giving it another chance. I believe your post has convinced me to do just that.
