IMHO, this season kind of fell flat. Far too much time has been spent on the shareholder meeting crisis and not enough time on individual character narratives moving forward. Even all the attention given Kendall's personal revolt didn't seem to teach us more about Kendall.
Shiv and Tom's relationship seems frozen in time other than her relative indifference to Tom going to prison. Greg was kind of the low key hero in he first two seasons, but little of S3 seems to have been devoted to his character arc. Roman has gotten a lot of screen time, but that's about it.
This show was best when the corporate intrigue was kind of a background to their personal life dynamics. As corporate intrigue, it lacks verisimilitude to be the central narrative.
