I thought this drama series started really strongly, but after episode 3 I started to lose interest. I gave up half way through episode 5. What really annoyed me was all the running to the bathroom and vomiting every time someone suffered some stress.

It got worse!

I noticed it too, but took it as a metaphor for what was going on in Rwanda.

Same with all the main characters' health problems.
