That .22 Pistol at the end...

Really? Penetrates and kills 2 people? Give me a fucking break. I nearly burst out laughing or saying out loud, "BULLSHIT!" in the theater when everyone was so quiet watching that scene. .22 is not even a combat cartridge. It's useful in other scenarios but not in a 1 shot scenario such as this in the movie. The .45 ACP on the other hand, different story.

Yeah, it was done much better in the 1978 film. A tiny four-shot derringer firing .22 short cartridges absolutely could kill when pressed to the temple of a victim, as it was with every murder committed with that gun during that movie. Firing all the way through the torso of a large, athletically built man and deep enough into the torso of the person on the other side of him to hit the vital organs and kill in seconds. Uh... no, that would be a miracle shot with a pipsqueak cartridge like that.

.22 are famously annoying to victims because it does not go all the way through and the bullet breaks apart inside doing more damage. Theres no way it could kill two people that way.

Yes, a neat little hole in the neck and unclear if it even went through.
