Interesting fact: the show was relased Setp-1. Both iMDB average and median haven't changed between Sept 5th, 4 days after the first episode was released, and Sept 25th, 3 weeks later.

Please use an integer score so I can assign it to the graph. Somebody gave a 6.5. I rounded it up to 7 in the graph, but I'm not sure if he/she would have rounded it up or down.

8/10 so far. I loved it and looking forward to seeing where it goes. Not too keen on the young hobbit or the boy with the sword, but loved Galadriel.

I'm a huge fan of the books and films (not the Hobbit films though), so it is great being transported back to Middle Earth.

Never been described as a bot before, :-) lol but that is my opinion and I did note a negative too.

I’m also enjoying House of the Dragon, especially today’s episode.

It's almost llike a parody of wokeism.

reply

4/10 for now.

Great visuals overall for the cities and nature.

The music is really bland.

The main characters are all unlikable. Galadriel so far is your typical poorly written strong female who is just a stubborn turbo bitch. Elrond is awful. I don't care about black elf or the harefoots.

Casting is bad for the most part. I can't get over the colorblind nonsense where fair skinned characters have dark parents and vice-versa. It makes no sense even in fantasy universe.

The dwarven warriors in armors that escorted Elrond looked goofy as hell. They could barely move in their costumes and held their prop axes straight up without resting the handle on the ground or at least holding the head. The idea of these guys fighting seems laughable.

00 - Because it ain't fucking Tolkien.

I haven't included your score. If you wanna it included in the graph, please use a value between 0 and 10. And be honest, give it a low or a high score but try to avoid 0 or 10 extreme values unless you think it really deserves them.

6.5 so far. Since this seems to be a ten hour movie, it could go either way.

For me it's a 6. If it was faithful to the works of Tolkien, it would climb to a probable 9 by the end of season. As it stands, I have to deduct a few points. The visuals save it from being below average.
